How long are your lease terms for renting an apartment?

Just the right length. We offer 12 month leases.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We love your furry BFF (or feathered BFF. Or smooth. We don’t discriminate against the hairless). We welcome one pet per apartment, with a $300 pet deposit. $30.00 pet application fee and a $20/month pet fee. We even have a 24/7 pet turf area, complete with flushable doggy potty. (Some breed restrictions apply) please contact us for details.

Are there Resident Benefits?

The Residential Benefits Package is $19.95/month. Enrollment in the PDLW® waives your obligation to indemnify the property owner for accidental damages arising from fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge, or sewer backup caused by your negligent acts or omissions as further described in your rental agreement up to $100,000. Please note that this is not an insurance premium or an insurance cost.  

Resident Liability packages can be waived with proof of Personal Liability Insurance at least $100,000 per occurrence. Each Residentoccupying the Premisesmust be listed on the policy as additional insured, with RPA listed as an additional insured .

Resident(s) is/are required to provide proof of a current qualifying insurance policy at or before their Move-In-Date and upon written request by RPA at any time. 

What are the move-in costs?

Pretty standard stuff: First month’s rent, plus a security deposit of $300 (on approved credit) depending on the unit (rarely will a last month’s rent be requested).

Is there an application fee?

Just an eensy one. You will pay a one-time $45 application fee. $30 Pet Application Fee per pet (if applicable)

Are utilities included?

We like to play fair. So unlike some buildings, where utility costs are divided equally among apartments, at VIVID you only pay for what you use?your apartment is metered individually, so you just pay for your own water, sewer, electricity and gas for hot water. Garbage service is a flat monthly fee of $20.

Do you have bike storage?

We have a bike locker located in the garage for a $20 per month rental fee.
